訂單與付款

所有價格以馬來西亞令吉（RM）顯示。付款會透過 HitPay 或 Stripe 的安全付款頁處理；可使用的方式可能包括 DuitNow、網上銀行與信用卡。我不會儲存完整信用卡資料。收到付款確認後，訂單才正式成立。

發卡銀行可能收取匯率或跨境交易費，這些費用由銀行決定，並不包含在網站顯示的金額內。

作品與商品

手繪原作皆為唯一作品。含框作品的框面、紙張與手工細節可能有細微差異，這也是原作的一部分。螢幕顯色亦可能與實物稍有不同。

The First Line Tee 為接單製作商品，付款後才開始安排，通常會在 7–14 個工作天內寄出。請在付款前確認尺寸、顏色與收件資料。

數位作品僅供購買者個人使用，不可轉售、分享檔案、重新上傳、作商業用途或製作成其他商品。

寄送、稅費與訂單修改

實體商品的固定運費、處理時間與配送範圍請參閱寄送政策。台灣訂單或其他跨境訂單可能產生進口稅、關稅或當地處理費，相關費用由收件人負責。

如需更改接單製作商品或地址，請在付款後 24 小時內聯絡。開始製作或寄出後，可能無法更改。地址填寫錯誤所產生的退回與重寄費用由買家承擔。

庫存、價格與取消

唯一原作在結帳期間會短暫保留，以減少重複購買。若因庫存同步、標價錯誤、付款異常或其他無法完成訂單的情況，我會盡快聯絡，並提供更正、替代方案或全額退款。

作品權利

購買實體或數位作品不代表取得著作權。除非我另外提供書面授權，作品、插畫、文字、音樂和影像的著作權仍由我保留。

適用法律與聯絡

本條款依馬來西亞法律解釋，且不限制適用消費者法律所保障的權利。訂單問題請寄至 lucasloo@kiipt.com，並附上訂單編號。

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment is processed on a secure HitPay or Stripe checkout page, where available methods may include DuitNow, online banking and cards. I do not store full card details. An order is confirmed only after payment is approved.

Your bank may apply currency conversion or cross-border transaction fees. These are set by the bank and are not included in the amount shown on the website.

Art and products

Every hand-drawn original is one of one. Framing, paper and handmade details may contain small variations that form part of the work. Screen colours may also differ slightly from the physical piece.

The First Line Tee is made to order and normally dispatches within 7–14 business days after payment. Please check the size, colour and delivery details before paying.

Digital works are licensed for the buyer’s personal use only. They may not be resold, shared, re-uploaded, used commercially or made into other products.

Shipping, duties and changes

See the Shipping Policy for fixed rates, handling times and available destinations. Taiwan or other cross-border orders may be charged import duties, taxes or local handling fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

For made-to-order changes or address corrections, contact me within 24 hours of payment. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started. Return and reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address are the buyer’s responsibility.

Availability, pricing and cancellation

One-of-one works are briefly reserved during checkout to reduce duplicate purchases. If a stock, pricing, payment or technical error prevents an order from being fulfilled, I will contact you promptly and offer a correction, suitable alternative or full refund.

Intellectual property

Purchasing a physical or digital work does not transfer copyright. Unless I provide a separate written licence, I keep the copyright in my artwork, illustration, writing, music and visuals.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law. For order help, email lucasloo@kiipt.com with your order number.
