固定運費

以下費用以每筆訂單計算，適用於網站目前可結帳的實體商品。我會依包裹尺寸、目的地與安全性安排合適的可追蹤快遞。

目前結帳只開放馬來西亞與台灣。其他國家請在下單前寄信至 lucasloo@kiipt.com 取得實際報價。若您指定特殊快遞、加急或額外保險，也會在付款前另行確認。

製作與處理時間

現貨原作通常需要 3–7 個工作天完成檢查與安全包裝。The First Line Tee 為接單製作，通常在付款後 7–14 個工作天寄出。工作天不包含週末與馬來西亞公共假期。

數位作品通常會在付款確認後以 Email 交付；若 24 小時後仍未收到，請先查看垃圾郵件，再與我聯絡。

寄出後的預估時間

• 西馬：通常 1–3 個工作天
• 東馬：通常 3–7 個工作天
• 台灣：通常 5–10 個工作天，另加海關處理時間

以上從「寄出」後開始計算，並非保證到貨日期。旺季、天候、偏遠地區、航班與海關都可能造成延誤。

台灣訂單與海關

台灣收件人可能需要透過 EZ WAY 易利委完成實名認證，並依物流或海關要求提供身分證／護照資料。若未完成認證，包裹可能延誤或退回。

進口稅、關稅、營業稅或當地處理費不包含在商品價格與運費內，若產生，需由收件人支付。

地址、追蹤與配送問題

付款前請確認姓名、電話、地址、州／地區與郵遞區號。寄出後會透過訂單 Email 提供追蹤資料。若地址有誤，請在收到寄出通知前盡快聯絡。

如包裹遺失、長時間未更新或收到時受損，請保留包裝並聯絡我。我會先向快遞公司查詢，再依退款與更換政策處理。

Fixed shipping rates

Rates are charged once per order and apply to physical products currently available for checkout. I select a suitable tracked courier based on parcel size, destination and safe handling.

Checkout currently serves Malaysia and Taiwan. For another country, email lucasloo@kiipt.com before ordering for an actual quote. A requested courier, urgent service or extra insurance will also be confirmed before payment.

Making and handling time

In-stock originals normally need 3–7 business days for inspection and protective packing. The First Line Tee is made to order and normally dispatches within 7–14 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

Digital works are normally delivered by email after payment confirmation. If nothing arrives after 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact me.

Estimated time after dispatch

• West Malaysia: usually 1–3 business days
• East Malaysia: usually 3–7 business days
• Taiwan: usually 5–10 business days, plus customs processing

These estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Peak seasons, weather, remote locations, flights and customs may cause delays.

Taiwan orders and customs

Taiwan recipients may need to complete real-name authentication through the EZ WAY app and provide ID or passport details when requested by the courier or customs. An incomplete verification may delay or return the parcel.

Import duty, customs duty, tax or local handling charges are not included in the product or shipping price and, if charged, are paid by the recipient.

Address, tracking and delivery issues

Before payment, check the recipient name, phone number, address, state or region and postal code. Tracking details are sent by order email after dispatch. If an address is wrong, contact me as soon as possible before the dispatch notice.

If a parcel is missing, stops updating for an unusually long time or arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact me. I will first investigate with the courier, then follow the Refund & Exchange Policy.
