我只會收集完成訂單、寄送作品與回覆問題所需要的資料，不會把您的個人資料拿去販售。

我會收到什麼資料
當您下單或聯絡我時，我可能會收到姓名、電子信箱、電話、寄送地址、訂單內容、付款狀態與您提供的備註。網站也會在您的瀏覽器中保存語言與購物車選擇，讓您回來時可以繼續瀏覽。
資料如何使用
資料會用於處理付款、建立訂單、安排寄送、寄出確認與追蹤通知、處理退款或客服，以及保存必要的會計與防詐紀錄。除非您另行同意，不會用訂單資料寄送行銷訊息。
網站瀏覽紀錄
為了了解網站哪些地方容易使用、哪些地方需要改善，我會以匿名方式記錄瀏覽次數、停留時間、查看過的頁面與區塊、點擊、購物車與結帳步驟，以及大概的國家或地區和裝置類型。網站不會記錄您在表單中輸入的文字、完整付款資料或卡片號碼。只有在付款成功後，該次購買紀錄才會與您的會員帳戶連結。
會員帳戶
付款成功後，系統會使用下單時的電子信箱自動建立會員帳戶，讓您查看自己的購買紀錄。登入不需要密碼；系統會把一次性的安全連結寄到您的信箱。
協助完成服務的夥伴
付款由 HitPay 或 Stripe 處理；網站與資料服務由 Cloudflare 提供；訂單通知可能透過 Resend 寄送；實體訂單的姓名、電話與地址會提供給所選的物流或快遞公司。這些服務只會取得完成各自工作所需的資料。
付款與跨境處理
我不會儲存完整卡片號碼。部分服務供應商可能在馬來西亞以外處理資料，並依其隱私與安全規範保護資料。
保存與安全
我會在完成寄送、客服、退款、防詐、稅務與法定會計義務所需的期間內保存訂單資料；不再需要時會刪除或匿名化。我會採取合理的方式保護資料，但任何網路服務都無法保證絕對安全。
您的選擇
您可以要求查閱或更正個人資料；在不影響法定保存義務的情況下，也可以要求刪除。為保護您的資料，我可能會先核對訂單與身份。

Information collected
When you order or get in touch, information may include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, payment status and notes you provide. The website also stores language and cart choices in your browser so you can continue when you return.
How it is used
Information is used to process payment, create and deliver orders, send confirmations and tracking, manage refunds or support, and keep necessary accounting and fraud-prevention records. Order information is not used for marketing unless you separately agree.
Website activity
To understand what is easy to use and what needs improvement, the site anonymously records visits, time spent, pages and sections viewed, clicks, cart and checkout steps, approximate country or region, and device type. It does not record text entered into forms, full payment details or card numbers. A journey is linked to your member account only after payment succeeds.
Member account
After a successful payment, a member account is automatically created using the email from checkout so you can view your purchase history. No password is required; a one-time secure sign-in link is sent to your email.
Service providers
HitPay or Stripe processes payments; Cloudflare provides website and data services; Resend may deliver order emails; and the selected logistics or courier provider receives the name, phone number and address required for physical delivery. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service.
Payment and international processing
I do not store full card numbers. Some service providers may process information outside Malaysia under their own privacy and security safeguards.
Retention and security
Order records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds, fraud prevention, tax and legal accounting duties, then deleted or anonymised. Reasonable technical and operational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where this does not conflict with legal record-keeping duties. To protect your information, I may first verify your identity and order details.
